Cancellation/Refund Policy:
- $25 fee will be assessed for a refund requested before the 1st class.
- $50 fee will be assessed for a refund requested after the 1st class.
- 50% fee will be assessed for a refund requested after the 2nd class.
- No refunds will be given after the 3rd class. A credit may be applied to a future semester under extreme circumstances at the director's discretion.
Make-up Policy:
- Two per child, per semester, space permitting.
- Make-ups must be taken during the same semester.
Visitor/Guest Policy:
- All guest visits must be approved by the director 24 hrs. in advance, call 372-8767.
- Older siblings may visit on school holidays, space permitting.
- Children attending as guests may be subject to a drop-in fee ($15/child) at the director's discretion.
- Adult guests may visit, space permitting.
Classroom Policies:
We don't like to set a bunch of rules, but a few rules will help ensure the best experience for everyone
- We can't tolerate running in the classroom. It inevitably results in collisions and tears.
- Please do not give food or drinks to your child in the classroom. An exception is during the lullaby, when sippy cups or bottles may add to a child's comfort.
- Cell phones are a distraction to children and other adults, please turn them off for the duration of the class. This helps your child know that you are devoting this time entirely to being with them.
Health and Wellness:
- Bringing a sick child to class endangers everyone. Please utilize a make-up if your child displays any of the following symptoms:
- congested cough
- sore throat
- 'icky' runny nose, you know da kine
- fever
- undiagnosed rash that could be measles, chicken pox, etc.
