Peggy Geyer
Music is a very important part of Peggy's life and she's been involved with music since she was five years old. Peggy's Dad taught himself to play the acoustic guitar, steel guitar, violin and mandolin and she remembers her Dad and Mom singing to her all the time. At 22 she began singing with her church praise group which continued for 20 years. Peggy is still musically involved in her current church where she was the Children's choir director for 10 years, sings in the choir and founded a vocal "praise team" in 2002. She, like her dad, is a self-taught musician and plays the guitar, mandolin, melodica, djembe and other percussion instruments. She has sung solos for weddings, baptisms and other special events in her community.
